Rashmi is a finder of words.

Rashmi is renowned for her writing style which is highly personal and resonates with her own unique voice.

This is evident in her book “Making a Splash” and in her business articles in the press. As a result, she's often asked to write for various publications on the subjects of business and ESG.

Rashmi has the ability to craft words to explain your story. Everyone has a story, and the journey you've been on is critical to who you are. Rashmi lends her word-crafting ability to you, to communicate your story to others. Contact Rashmi to learn more.

Rashmi will be launching her second book this year, around ESG and Litigation. She believes that the landscape is changing rapidly, with increasing stakeholder litigation against organisations. It won't be long before stakeholders pursue directors in a personal capacity.

Rashmi is fully media trained and is a business columnist for the award-winning UK newspaper The Yorkshire Post. She can be contacted directly if you are looking for a writer for your project.

Making a Splash: a great insight into how to network and make the most of business events. A must read for anyone wanting to make a good first impression.

Making a Splash

A Personal Guide to Networking.

I've always networked for as long as I can remember. From changing schools to moving countries, you have to learn to develop new relationships and make new friends.

You create a network of people both in personal and business life.

Networking is never easy, no matter how comfortable you are in your own skin. To try and be remembered can feel hugely daunting.

"Making a Splash - A Personal Guide to Networking" is my perceptive take on how it's done, and where I share the tools I've created to help me through the process.

I've also interviewed other people, to get a glimpse of their perceptions and views, to give you an alternative approach.

The idea of making a splash compares networking to swimming, and how hard it is to enter the pool because you haven't acclimatized to the cold water. Or perhaps you want to cling to the side of the pool and just watch others. "Making a Splash" is designed to help overcome those nerves, or to refresh your approach.

I wholeheartedly recommend this book to both experienced networkers and "newbies". Well reasoned and explained, with loads of excellent tips and advice, it should be compulsory reading for pretty much anyone running a business, especially in the SME segment.

Rashmi draws on her own experiences of networking and talks about the benefits and tools she uses. The book caters for all abilities, those dipping their toe for the first time to those looking for new inspiration.
